RAJAMAHENDRAVARAM GREENFIELD HIGHWAY PRIVATE LIMITED (RGHPL)
Construction of 4 lane Access Controlled New Greenfield Highway section of NH-365BG (Khammam-Devarapalle) of length 29.462 km from Gurvaygudem village to Devarapalle village (Design Chainage 132+664 to 162+126), within Inter Corridor Route, under Bharatmala Pariyojana, on Hybrid Annuity mode in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
The Project Highway is a new alignment and does not pass through any existing alignment. The proposed highway shall be access-controlled flexible payment for design traffic of 75 MSA and comprises of the following grade separators along with adequate water drainage structures.

Location of the Project Corridor
The Project site is part of the new National Highway NH365 BG from Khammam to Devarapalli, a greenfield 4 lane highway passing through new alignment in a plane and rolling terrain.
The project road starts at the crossroad junction of Sathupalli – Eluru State highway SH43 near Recharla village and ends at the crossroad junction of Jangareddigudem – Eluru State highway SH-44 near Guravygudem village. The total length of the project road is 27.428 km.
The project passes through cropland (agriculture/horticulture) from Km.105.236 to Km 132.664.
Operation & Maintenance
A separate Operation and Maintenance contractor shall be engaged during the Operation period.
The Operation and Maintenance period for the project is 15 years and the key deliverables during the period shall be:
- Preventive maintenance for roads and major structures
- Traffic management system
- Accident response with dedicated teams
- Repair of damaged works
- Project facilities management including plantations and amenities.
*Toll plaza operation shall be by the Authority
